Therapy can help you:

  • Manage anxiety, depression, or stress

  • Heal from trauma or loss

  • Improve mood and emotional balance

  • Build self-esteem and insight

  • Strengthen relationships and life satisfaction

Approaches may include CBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic, or Mindfulness-Based therapy. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes on a weekly or biweekly basis.

SAP Evaluations

A SAP evaluation is a required assessment for DOT-regulated employees who violate drug or alcohol rules. A qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluates the individual, recommends treatment or education, and determines when they’re eligible to return to safety-sensitive work.

Key Steps:

  1. Initial Evaluation – SAP assesses the employee.

  2. Treatment/Education – Employee completes required program.

  3. Follow-Up Evaluation – SAP verifies compliance.

  4. Return-to-Duty – If cleared, employee resumes work with follow-up testing.

Executive Coaching

Coaching helps you set meaningful goals, build self-confidence, and take focused action toward a more fulfilling life. Unlike therapy, coaching is forward-focused—centered on the present and future. It’s ideal for professionals and leaders seeking support in:

  • Career growth & transitions

  • Leadership & team development

  • Work-life balance & stress management

  • Decision-making & communication

  • Building healthy habits

Whether you're navigating change or aiming higher, coaching offers practical tools and support to help you move forward with purpose.

Clinical Supervison

Clinical supervision is a structured, professional relationship where a more experienced clinician (the supervisor) supports the development of a less experienced or pre-licensed clinician (the supervisee). It is a regular, confidential process that focuses on:

  • Enhancing clinical skills

  • Ensuring ethical and effective practice

  • Promoting personal and professional growth

  • Providing accountability and guidance

Supervision may include case consultation, reviewing interventions, exploring countertransference, and helping the supervisee navigate challenges in their work.
